출장 업무차 방문했습니다. 고층객실에서 내려다 보이는 뷰가 멋졌습니다. 복도 곳곳에 미술품들이 장식되어있고 업무 보기좋은 가구들이 준비되어있어서 편리합니다. 조식당도 야채가 특히 신선하고좋습니다

시설은 괜찮았으나 청결도나 응대는 기본이하 입니다.
냉장고에 앞전사람이 먹다만 생수병2통이
들어있어서 당황하였고
설문지 작성하려고 보니 이미 작성된 용지가
그대로 들어 있더군요
전 숙박객 흔적이 남은 찝찝한 방은
과연 이 호텔이 4성급이 맞나 싶었어요
저녁늦게 체크인했는데
체크인카운터 계시는 분들의
무표정하고 힘들어 보이는 표정이며
상무지구에 있는 라마다 호텔과
수준차이가 많이 납니다
청결과 응대에 신경을 많이 써 주셔야 할것 같습니다
